Described as an "aggressive questioner" by the press (Youngstown Vindicator,
February 21, 2020), Scott has been an attorney since 1996. He has tried over 40 jury trials with only three losses. But he's not just a trial lawyer; he recognizes the value of a good and quick settlement as well.
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, but tied to the local community, he sits on various non-profit and charity boards.
He has also acted as Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General.

for the Northern District of Ohio; U.S. District Court for the Southern District
of Ohio; U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; Third,
